Rachna is a law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and has over 32 years of experience in handling litigation matters. In 1988, she passed the Advocate-on-Record examination held by the Supreme Court of India.
She bagan her career in the Chamber of Late Yogeshwar Prasad, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court, the then Advocate General of the State of Uttar Pradesh (UP) and has since been practising in various forums including, Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Competition Commission, Consumer Forum and Debts Recovery Tribunal. She regularly deals with matters including, Writ, Criminal, Labour, Constitutional, Revenue, Arbitration, Excise and Sales Tax, Ceiling, Land Acquisition, Service and Taxation.
From 1989 to 1997, she was also on the panel of the State of UP and during the period, regularly appeared on behalf of the State before the Supreme Court of India gaining vast experience in matters concerning various laws and legislations.
